Courier delivery: terms
- Few can compare with us in terms of delivery speed. We usually deliver the paid order to Tbilisi in 1-2 hours after registration on any day of the week. However, the official regulatory delivery times are as follows:
- Orders placed on a working day before 18:00 – delivery on the same day.
- Orders placed on a weekend or on weekdays after 18:00 - delivery on the next working day.
- We have created the most comfortable and favorable conditions in the field of logistics. We coordinate each delivery personally with the buyer, adjusting to his work schedule.
Receipt at the order pick-up point
- Our pick-up point and offline store are located in 68 Giorgi Chubinashvili St, Tbilisi
- Our warehouse and pick-up point is open daily from 11:00 to 21:00
Return of purchase
In accordance with Article 17 of the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated March 29, 2022, if defects are detected, the buyer of the goods has the right to file a claim and demand either elimination of the defect, or free repair, or replacement of the goods within a reasonable time.
If the purchase was made remotely, within 14 days from the date of purchase the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and return the goods in original packaging and without traces of use. Money for the goods will be returned by the seller no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the seller.
